great stay but a few hiccups

The hotel staff were friendly and professional. they even sent back a dress we left behind. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful Japanese garden, which provided a serene escape. The location was convenient, just a five-minute walk to the old town.

we had a wonderful time at villa kerasy hotel spa during a wedding celebration. the helpful staff and the beautiful koi carp pond really exceeded our expectations. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the cozy atmosphere.

Great location, just a 10-15 min walk to the town center. Spacious room with a huge bed! Breakfast was pretty good, and the spa was a nice touch, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.
